Hi there! I’m Mallory.
I’m a Virtual Communications Consultant and a Theatrical Stage Manager — two roles that might seem worlds apart, but both come down to the same thing: creating calm in the chaos, building systems that support people, and making sure the show (or the strategy) goes on smoothly.
With a degree in stage management and years of professional theater experience, I’ve spent much of my life calling cues and coordinating backstage magic.
But years ago — even before the pandemic moved everything online — I stepped into the world of virtual support.
And to my surprise, I found a new kind of stage: small business owners, creative professionals, and non-profit leaders striving to serve their people with heart and purpose.
Now, as a Virtual Communications Consultant, I support mission-driven clients through services like social media management, email marketing, inbox organization, and engagement strategy.
I offer a thoughtful blend of structure and flexibility — helping you find clarity, amplify your outreach, and lighten your load so you can focus on what matters most.
My natural tendency is to create order out of chaos (classic Virgo!), but I approach that mission with adaptability and a person-first mindset.
That’s what drew me to study Theatre at Viterbo University, a Catholic Franciscan school that centers values like contemplation, hospitality, and servant leadership.
Those values continue to guide me — on-stage and online — in everything I do.
I go strawberry picking with my 95-year-old grandma every summer.
My best friend is also a stage manager and thespian based in St. Paul, MN.
I’m a proud cat mom to sweet Princess (though I’ll always be a dog person at heart).
